What you do with us

• You organize and control the glass and special cleaning in our customer objects in the Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein area
• They lead the team in the field of glass and special cleaning and create the deployment, tour and holiday planning
• They coordinate dates and ensure an economical and efficient tour planning
• You ensure compliance with our quality standards and are first contact (m/w/d) for our customers
• They are responsible for the supply of materials and equipment and their economic use
• You control and control the use of subcontractors
• They also contribute to the further development of your team – also in the field of training and promotion of junior staff

What we want

• You are a skilled glass and building cleaner (m/w/d) – ideally with further training to the building cleaner master (m/w/d)
• They bring experience in employee management
• They work structured, independent and also keep an overview on many parallel topics
• You have a secure and service-oriented appearance to customers
• You are versed in handling MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• You are happy to travel and have a class B driving licence
