Head of Seminar Business Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (m/f/d)

For internal and external seminars, you develop a customer-oriented strategy, build customer relationships, unlock new market segments and respond to sales targets You lead a team of currently 14 employees in a disciplined and professional manner and guide the instructors employed professionally Always carry out market analyses, collect participant feedback systematically and work on product development insights In doing so, you will have innovative seminar programs in mind and evaluate existing offers For all seminars, you are responsible for the smooth organization, optimize processes and digitize processes Actively position the facility in the market, build networks and represent your area through lectures and committee work

You have a completed study of electrical and information technology or equivalent vocational training as a technician/master with several years of professional experience With your buoyant feel for market trends and customer needs, you know how to design innovative, demanded seminar concepts In the leadership role, you act as an empathic Sparring partner and understand how to develop ideas together with your team and successfully implement them into action On all internal and external levels, you value open, clear and transparent communication and convince with your winning personality You are mobilised nationwide for network and forum work
