Correspondence with our clients and service providers exercise of the rights of the client vis-à-vis all authorities, suppliers, craftsmen, tenants and tenants Completion and termination of lease, maintenance and service contracts Checking and asserting rental increases Determination and implementation of all operating expenses Creation of house money, operating costs and heating costs, as well as the processing of the corresponding claims Implementation and preparation of owner meetings and document checks Compilation of monthly reports for the client

You (m/w/d) should have completed training in real estate management and/or professional experience in the field and have good PC skills (Microsoft Office applications). Knowledge in the WEG area is a prerequisite. We require good communication skills and proper appearance.
