Risk assessors with application and portfolio management in private health insurance (m/f/d)

You carry out the medical risk assessment as well as the general application review and ensure a sound and reliable basis of decision You design contracts in new and existing business, make precise decisions and accompany the entire process professionally You advise and support our sales partners and customers competently, answer questions and support all concerns regarding the insurance contract You take over the telephone communication with case-closing processing, so that customer requests can be solved directly and efficiently

You have completed training to/from the merchant for insurance and finance, which forms an important basis for this position. You bring good knowledge of the HanseMerkur health insurance and apply it safely. You have medical expertise that allows you to carry out a sound risk assessment, or are suitable as part of the incorporation. You work safely with common systems such as Genesys Cloud, TEWIS, KV2000, M‐Text, PDB and other technical applications. You are characterized by a fast conception and self-initiative, so that you take tasks independently and purposefully. You are team-ready and open-minded and like to work with others. You bring high operational readiness as well as an independent and structured operation. You are convinced by strong consulting and social competence and are empirically involved in different interlocutors. You communicate clearly and safely, both oral and written, and have a good level of enforcement.
