Support of the Customer Service Sales Key Account (OEM) team and support of a fixed customer base Responsibility for handling incoming customer requests within the order to cash process Coordination with sales in all operational aspects Monitoring of payment targets and clarification of account differences Monitoring the delivery reliability and implementation of audit-relevant corrective measures Internal coordination with other departments to clarify product-related questions for the customer Support for departmental projects

The place is limited to 2 years. Bachelor degree in economics or completed commercial training, ideally with experience in a comparable position Communicative personality as well as experience in dealing with customers in operating daily business Self-employed and structured work in the team and with other departments as well as a high degree of organizational ability Quick conception, readiness for performance and flexibility, commitment, initiative and team capability Knowledge of SAP and a CRM system as well as MS Office 365 Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
