You take on the strategic analysis of product group, supplier and competition developments to identify growth strategies for the range, based on sound internal and external data.

You develop proactive action recommendations for assortment optimization and develop negotiation initiatives for purchasing and category management with sound expertise.

You advance the continuous development of processes, methods and tools in terms of the range.

You act as a link between assortment design, analytics, IT and category management.

You support multi-disciplinary projects, independently manage part-projects and coordinate cooperation with relevant stakeholders.

You initiate, organize and guide training and workshops with a clear focus on customer-oriented assortments, sales areas and promotions.

You show great enthusiasm for food retailing and bring comprehensive industry experience.

You bring a high number affinity and a pronounced analytical ability as well as very good knowledge of MS-Excel and Power Point.

You convince by a sovereign and safe occurrence paired with excellent presentation ability as well as human knowledge and strong persuasion.

You work independently and profit-oriented.

You can demonstrate an above-average degree in economics.

Multiannual practical experiences in shopper marketing or category management are required, a certification as category manager (DACH) by GS1 is desirable.
