The master of fine meat - fine sausage GmbH is part of Wilhelm Brandenburg and is part of the REWE Group. In our modern meat factory, we have been producing fresh sausage and ham specialities and pasta products since 1991 and are currently employing approx. 300 employees. Product safety, quality and freshness are our priority objectives

For our Gäufelden site we are looking for reinforcement in our packaging area at the next possible time!

Your duties include: Representation and support of the packaging layer manager Ensuring a smooth production process Support in optimizing processes, processes and resources through continuous control and control of internal work and process steps Active cooperation in specialist and comprehensive optimization and innovation projects

What you bring: A training as a butcher/meater/kitchen, specialist for food technology or comparable Professional experience in food production Ideally first leadership experience Basic technical understanding Willingness to shift work (spring and late) independent, reliable and structured operation with the ability to look beyond the rim of the plate Team spirit and communication skills
