The EducationCampus Our commitment to development and education The educational campus for healthcare professionals at Franziskus Hospital Bielefeld consists of a state-approved nursing school with more than 180 training places for nursing staff as well as a state-approved school for anaesthetic assistance (ATA) and a state-approved school for surgical assistance (OTA) with 40 training places each. The theoretical training is carried out centrally in Bielefeld for all locations of the Catholic Hospital Association Ostwestfalen (KHO). Our trainees also have the opportunity to combine their vocational training with a dual study. The EducationCampus also offers more than ten further training courses. Complete training as surgical assistance (OTA) or in generalistic care or in health care and (children)care with further training for the surgical service Ideally completed study of nursing education (Bachelor) or the willingness to include a corresponding study Experience in the field of surgical care Embossed communicative skills, high methodological competence and a cooperative way of working, team and communication skills Interest in the willingness to participate in our educational campus and openness for the further development of teaching and school Educational skills, sense of responsibility and joy in work with trainees Teamability, commitment and a structured way of working
