Team Leader Market Communication and Metering Point Service (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team of currently 9 employees and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation You control and optimize the processes of market communication and measuring point operation on the system side in the roles of the network operator and the measuring point operator You support and develop your employees through regular feedback and development talks You support your team in operational business and are well familiar with the processes of market communication and measuring point operation You ensure the timely and quality-secured implementation of market processes and regulatory requirements (e.g. EnWG, MsbG, GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, MaBiS) and are contact persons for internal and external stakeholders You process complex individual cases and take over the clarification of special and escalation cases with market partners You analyze existing processes and continuously develop them in terms of efficiency, quality and digitalization You accompany system adjustments, release changes and professional tests and actively contribute your practice experience With us, you will take the path to intelligent power networks and support us on the system side in the introduction of intelligent measuring systems

You have completed studies in the field of energy management, business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification – as an alternative a completed commercial or technical training with energy training You bring several years of professional experience in market communication and/or in the measuring station operation of an EVU You know the relevant energy-economic processes and regulations (e.g. GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, MaBiS, MsbG, EnWG) safely from practice Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience – or are convinced by strong leadership and organisational competence
