The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

We are looking for a consultant (m/w/d) for digital pricing that strengthens our team in the introduction and operation of new IT solutions in our Lidl and Kaufland branches. In this role, you are a key interface that solves technical challenges and ensures the smooth operation of digital pricing.

Your tasks

• Problem solution and error analysis: You are our expert for error analysis in the branches. You correctly arrange Alertings, analyze complex fault images and work closely with other teams to find sustainable solutions.
• Technical Management: You control the introduction of digital pricing solutions in stores. You are the interface between the IT department, branches and external service providers.
• Zero Downtime: You make sure that software updates and system changes can be performed without interrupting the ongoing branch operation. You develop concepts for trouble-free operation.
• Responsibility and "You build it, you run it": With your team you take responsibility for the developed solutions – from implementation to operation. You live the motto “You build it, you run it!”.
• Technical dependencies and vision: You recognize technical dependencies early and think forward to identify and solve potential challenges and risks.

Your profile

• You have experience in project or rollout management of IT solutions, ideally in retail.
• You bring a high affinity for error analysis and problem solving and have ideally already worked with Alerting systems.
• Knowledge in areas such as network infrastructure, IT security (firewall) and software deployment are advantageous.
• You are a communication talent and have a strong problem-solving competence.
• An independent, structured way of working as well as a strong team spirit are the key to you.
• You speak German and English to communicate successfully in international, agile teams.
