Office Management Employee (m/f/d)

For 100 years, our family-run company has been synonymous with quality, reliability and competence in the floor covering industry. With two connected companies, some 35 employees at the Essen site and about 100 reliable after-contractors, we are successfully committed to sustainable growth and partnership cooperation. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for dedicated support. We are still in Essen, but we are moving our location to Velbert in April – an exciting step you can go together.

Organisation and coordination of the general daily office

Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, mail, telephone)

Maintenance and management of master data

Support of management and specialist departments in daily business

Invoicing audit

Successfully completed commercial training

Practical experience in office management

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Outlook

Structured, reliable and dedicated operation

Teamability and the willingness to work into existing processes and actively shape them
