Software Developer Advanced Expert (w/m/d)

In this role, you will significantly shape the technical and content orientation of our software architecture. You ensure the sustainability of our software quality in line with existing IT and corporate policies and actively promote the further development of our architectural and development policies.

Assessment and concretisation of technical requirements and their translation into technical targets derivation of system architectures and implementation of requirements workshops with the departments for clarifying complex relationships Development of proposals for system architectures and participation in the implementation of technically relevant key components and applications Supporting team management in evaluating technological alternatives and their classification into the existing system landscape Definition and continuous development of quality standards Support in the implementation of these standards - especially through mentoring to test strategies, clean code and best practices Planning and implementation of complex software releases with numerous dependencies Creation and maintenance of risk analyses as well as emergency plans for securing complex production environments Analysis and elimination of business-critical disorders in their own sphere of responsibility, including in case of cross-system causes Professional guidance and coaching of developers in their own team and external service providers

Completed university degree (Master) of computer science or subject-specific vocational training (min. 3 years) followed by 2 years of professional training and many years of professional experience and special training in software development Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) Advanced expert knowledge in common programming languages, frameworks and development platforms Found experience in Typescript, Node.js and Angular Terms like ''Cleancode' and ''Design Patterns' are familiar to you Good knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases Ideal experience with AWS, GitLab, Docker and the programming language Rust Deep knowledge in architecture and system design Experience in defining and developing quality and development standards Ability to evaluate technological trends and integrate them into the existing system landscape Comprehensive product and process knowledge of the relevant business areas (SAMSON) for the competent design of architectural decisions and technical standards
