Management and development of the social books: You are responsible for the care and continuous adaptation of the company books; These include our international subsidiaries. Contract management: You take over the management and supervision of important contracts, including international representative contracts, NDAs and supplier and service contracts. This also includes monitoring of related dates and deadlines. Notary contacts and property matters: You organise and coordinate notary operations and are a representative of the management of property and registration matters. Document management: You ensure the proper administration and archiving of relevant documents and thus contribute to efficient structuring. Compliance: You support us in the implementation and enforcement of compliance regulations and ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

sound legal training: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economic law, administrative law or comparable legal training, e.g. notary specialist (m/w/d), and can ideally look back on a well-founded professional experience related to contract law or compliance. independent mode of operation: Through your independent and reliable work, you support the establishment of the staff office and report directly to the management in your function.
