New construction projects with ext. specialist planners in all LPH 1-9 accompany the building. Examination, make decisions, definitions, compliance with standards, expertise and installation standards of the operating electronics Creation of documentation documents (current schedules, floor plans etc.) Support for new and replacement construction measures for special installations, including Photo-voltaic & USV systems, ensuring the proper operation, as well as taking over plant responsibility. Coordination, assignment and monitoring of construction of foreign companies Compliance with safety and work regulations Compliance with regulations and continuous incorporation into new standards. (VDE, DGUV etc.) Cost Controlling Success and Investment Plan Measurement and audit

Completed vocational training for the electronics technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) and a further training for the master/technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with the focus on electrical engineering or comparable training Secure knowledge of VDE – regulations Experience with the SPS, S7/TIA Portal or in comparable programs Knowledge in building engineering systems Knowledge in the handling of HOAI and VOB Professional experience in maintenance is desirable Embossed team skills, communication skills and a high degree of self-sufficiency with structured working methods Basic understanding of energy economic relations and interest to deepen these Knowledge of how to use the following software applications: SAP, EPLAN, Autocad, Gridvis, Visionguard or the willingness to learn them Flexible, reliable and team-oriented operation Excellent social competence and good communication skills Good German knowledge provided and English knowledge desirable Class B driving licence
