At the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences, the following place is to be occupied at the Emden Campus as part of the funded federal state programme „FH‐Personal“ for the collection, development and promotion of professoral staff at universities of applied sciences at the next possible time, with the regular weekly working hours of full employment – limited until 31.12.2027 –: Employee for recruitment and employer branding in the project “AnkerPROF” in Emden (corresponding to the required qualification up to E 11 TV-L, 100 %) The Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences is an innovative, direction-oriented university of the future. In line with this identity, the project “AnkerPROF” aims to establish an innovative and sustainable concept for integrated, active and successful qualification and recruitment of professoral personnel. The university focuses on the individual and chance-oriented promotion of talents for securing and expanding its competence profile for teaching and research, strengthening strategic cross-sectional tasks and raising the profile as an attractive, facing employer.

Planning and implementation of Employer branding and recruitment activities Systematic preparation and development of a positive brand presence and publicly effective positioning of the university as an attractive employer for professoral staff Building an active talent management, including through networking, talent screening and pool management Professional and sustainable support of identified talents based on a holistic recruitment and personnel development approach Conception and Construction of a Dual Career Center Optimization of the process of appeal procedures and the development and establishment of a strategic vocation management Planning and monitoring of high-school and external events and the implementation of social media activities with a view to the academic staff Close cooperation and coordination with all project employees and departments and departments

Completed university studies (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in psychology, economic psychology, pedagogy, economics or comparable Major interest in the subjects of human resources and development, brand building and career planning at universities for applied sciences First experiences in talent management and employer branding are desirable Knowledge of the professional approach of applicants and the development of talent pools are desirable Networking competence with internal and external actors Communicative skills, an independent, self-responsible way of working and a pronounced service High self-motivation, design will as well as process-oriented action and thinking Very good German and safe English knowledge in word and writing
