For the Donaueschingen region to Singen we are looking for a dedicated young talent who wants to take the next step in his career and develop into the role of an object manager in technical cleaning. Your duties Support in ensuring the contractually agreed services including Documentation and quality assurance – step by step takeover of own responsibility in coordination with the supervisor Participation in the incorporation and further training of professional staff, later independent staff management Step-by-step learning as well as perspectively independent taxes and monitoring of technical processes (maintenance, modernization, repair) in cooperation with experienced colleagues Working in communication with customers and order distribution Maintaining good customer relationships – with the aim of further expanding the scope of services Support in optimising work processes and processes with increasing self-responsibility
