Engineering Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

You act as a central player for CAD and PLM systems and support users in technical issues, fault analysis and troubleshooting You work closely with engineering, IT, PLM and global disciplines and promote the continuous development of systems, processes and best practices You analyze and optimize CAD, PLM and engineering processes to improve efficiency, standardization and productivity sustainably You develop and promote automation solutions, templates, macros and digital and AI-based engineering tools You develop and maintain standards, templates, naming concepts and governance processes to ensure consistent data quality and compliance with engineering standards As Administrator (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you enter and optimise engineering systems and tools, in particular CATIA, Windchill and other CAD/PLM applications Start user documentation, training documents and training concepts and carry out appropriate training You support the integration of engineering systems in adjacent processes such as configuration management, documentation and manufacturing And other exciting tasks and challenges await you with us

You have completed a vocational training course, ideally as a technical product designer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or system planner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) as well as a training course based on it or a study course successfully completed You bring multi-year experience in the administration, supervision or optimization of CAD and/or PLM systems in an engineering or product development environment with You have well-founded knowledge in CATIA V5 and ideally in Windchill or comparable PLM solutions You have experience in analysis, standardization and optimization of technical processes and workflows You have already gained experience in automation, scripting, programming or digitization of engineering processes You have a strong technical understanding, a high IT affinity and work analytically, structured and solution-oriented You are convinced by an independent way of working, organizational talent and the ability to quickly capture complex relationships You have strong communication and team skills and are happy to support, train, and work together across areas. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
