As Head of Production Academy (m/w/d), you are the visionary architect and the driving force behind the construction and management of the company's own, Europe-wide AUTO1 training academy. You play a crucial role in securing the significant need for qualified professionals (launchers, motor vehicle mechatronics, motor vehicle mechanics) for our expanding production centers and thus strategically supporting the growth of the AUTO1 Group. Strategic construction & direction: You design, implement and run the AUTO1 Academy as a central European training centre Leadership: You recruit and develop a top team of trainers, curriculum designers and operational staff and establish a culture of learning and excellence Curriculum & Innovation: You develop practical, modern curricula (including blended learning) and continuously optimize them Quality & effect: You define KPIs, establish quality assurance and advance improvements Certification & Compliance: You ensure the recognition of our training content and, if necessary, the acquisition of national certificates Partnership & Integration: You are the central interface to production performance Europe, talent acquisition and other stakeholders for a smooth talent flow Budget & Resources: You are responsible for budget and resource use to achieve ambitious goals Talent development: You develop upskilling and reskilling programs that promote internal career paths

Completed studies or comparable qualifications in the field of adult education, L&D or technical training Multiannual leadership experience in the construction and management of academies or large L&D departments, ideally in the international/technical environment (automotive of advantage) Expertise in the development of innovative, practical learning concepts including digital formats Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial ''Can-Do'' mentality with demonstrable implementation skills Strong leadership and communication skills as well as sovereign stakeholder management Very good English knowledge, German knowledge of advantage
