Examination and compliance with national and international export control rules (e.g. EU, German and US export control regulations) Export classification of goods and maintenance of the material stem Implementation of sanctions lists and embargo checks Monitoring and documentation of export control operations Contact persons for all business areas and for authorities, associations and service providers Application and administration of export authorisations to authorities Monitoring and documentation of export-relevant operations Participation in audits and internal and external external audits Creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation Training of employees on export control topics Observing legislative changes and implementing new requirements Participation in the development of digitally supported processes (SAPGTS) for export control

Completed commercial training or business studies Knowledge of external economic and export control rules Professional experience in this area Secure handling of Microsoft Office and SAP Acribic and independent working methods Process-oriented and structured thinking Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
