Legal advice: In cooperation with your colleague, you will advise the areas of legal issues. Your focus is on banking, equity and contract law. Legal assessment: You are the first to comment on civil law, bank supervision and compliance issues. Contract design: You unleash and negotiate contracts with service providers, customers and cooperation partners. Legislation: In close coordination with your colleagues, you analyze and evaluate legislative proposals, regulatory and new jurisdiction in terms of relevance to the environment bank and identify implementation needs. Project work: You bring your legal expertise into banking projects and accompany them. Process optimization: You contribute to the further development of processes of the Department of Law and Compliance.
