As a production employee (m/w/d) in food production, you are directly involved in the production process, pay attention to quality and make sure everything works smoothly. The activity is versatile and gives you the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic and layered environment.

• Monitoring and operation of production facilities for the production of foodstuffs.
• Implementation of quality controls according to the specified standards.
• Active cooperation in packaging and storing the manufactured products.
• Detection and repair of minor disturbances as well as assistance in repairs.
• compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

We are looking for

No specific training is required for this position, but it is the ideal opportunity for dedicated professionals or applicants with first experience in food production. You should be flexible and team-oriented as well as the willingness to work in shiftwork.

• First experience in production or in the food industry is advantageous, but no compelling requirement.
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system.
• Reliability and a conscientious procedure.
• Basic knowledge of the German language.
• Team skills and commitment.
