Then support us with your talent and know-how in the following tasks Participation in the further development of employees and the creation of key figures for analytical purposes in the training academy Working with the creation of training content, methods and qualification matrices for documentation Introduction of new standards and methods from central areas and their further development and dissemination at the site Development and implementation of BSH production system elements as well as coordination and monitoring of ongoing activities

Economic or Technical Studies in BWL, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or the like Knowledge of MS Office Previous knowledge of PowerBI desirable Moderation and communication skills German and English language skills in word and writing
