Head of Strategic Construction and Property Management Justice (m/f/d)

In this responsible leadership position you take over a double role: As a specialist department manager (m/w/d), you will manage and develop complex construction, infrastructure and property projects for courts, public prosecutors, judicial institutes and other judicial institutions together with your interdisciplinary team. As Head of the Department of Demand Management (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the development of the building's modular foundations with your specialist group and will provide a significant contribution to the planning of needs. Your central tasks include: Strategic control and further development of your department with five specialist groups Responsibility for the overarching financial, measures and capacity planning for the construction projects of the courts and the execution of justice Management and control of complex planning, construction and development projects in terms of costs, quality, dates and policy objectives Consulting of Ministries and Beneficiaries on strategic, organisational and structural issues as a central contact person (m/w/d) Further development of standards, processes and control instruments in public construction, in particular in the context of demand planning Leadership, coaching and development of your team Cross-disciplinary coordination of processes, structures and resources to create synergies You actively shape the implementation of current and future goals of justice and the country, e.g. B.: Measures for the reform of the specialist and local court structure Conversion of buildings to climate neutrality Implementation of the digital court negotiations with the e-act Long-term property development

Compulsory requirements completed scientific university studies in the fields of architecture / construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, real estate management or a comparable engineering study programme with construction reference; as an alternative: completed FH/ Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in the relevant professional activities Multiannual professional and management experience, preferably in public construction or in strategic construction or Property management Funded knowledge in building management, budget and procurement law as well as in HOAI, VOB and relevant public regulations (e.g. HBau) Experience in managing complex planning and construction projects and in dealing with different stakeholders Designed strategic control, organizational and analytical expertise Safe occurrence in political-administrative contexts as well as consulting competence Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry out missions Willingness to participate in our internal management program, this will be individually tailored to your previous experience and competencies and will offer you practical qualifications with personal support Your leadership skills Responsibility and decision-making: You make resilient, transparent decisions and are committed to results, including target conflicts.
