Your tasks

• As a project engineer process technology (m/w/d) in our cement plant Lägerdorf, you are responsible for the technical management and further development of the furnace system with innovative processes within our Carbon2Business team, which allow downstream CO2 deposition
• You evaluate the technology, participate in solutions and work closely with external technology partners
• Risk assessments and qualification of suppliers Designs are also among your tasks
• You take interface management to other sub- and CAPEX projects at the site, especially in the field of carbon capture and the cross-site CO2 value chain
• The project management of the project “Ofen” is in your responsibility including cost, appointment and risk management in the planning and execution phase
• In addition, you will look at the coordination of basic data (design basis) and the development of the scope of performance for design and detail planning as well as execution

Your profile

• You have completed engineering studies, ideally with technical focus in process engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering or similar - at best with emphasis on cement production
• Ideally you have several years of professional experience in the cement industry or the chemical industry
• Up to now you have been able to gain several years of experience in technical (large) projects of process engineering plants
• You also have experience in project management including the management of suppliers (technology, time planning, costs)
• You are characterized by very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
• If the meeting of clear decisions is one of your strengths and you like to work independently, you fit perfectly into our team
