Own-sponsored control and implementation of refurbishment orders – with after-contractors and their own technicians Leadership of the staff employed at the construction site and coordination of external works Creation, monitoring and compliance of construction schedules – including construction start and completion, including insurance damage Organisation of material ordering and ensuring availability at the site Examination of offers, production of cost calculations and processing of supplementary income Development of technical solutions and coordination with clients Initial visits, interim checks and final withdrawals – including comprehensive object support Preparing the billing of works carried out Tracking guarantees and ensuring quality standards Monitoring of legal regulations (e.g. fire protection, occupational safety, accident prevention) Complete and proper documentation of all processes and processes
