Business partners and second managing directors of HENSOLDT Austria Head of financial management of HENSOLDT Austria Defining, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating budget and accounting policies, policies and plans in consultation with management Detection of trends and deviations to support management in sound decisions regarding financial management and performance of the company Support for periodic audits and management of financial reports that summarize and forecast the company's financial situation, such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and analyses of future revenues and revenue Regular reporting on financial performance to the HENSOLDT Group and the management department and interpretation of the impact on business performance and financing needs Management of business planning processes and creation of long-term profit and cash flow forecasts, budgeting and financial reporting Development of financial models with regard to forecasts and expenditure data, and interpretation of financial information to support the management of certain business areas and presentation of a comprehensive business overview Monitoring accounting systems and ensuring compliance with financial laws and standards, including the relevant HENSOLDT guidelines (e.g. Business Approval Directive, ERM Process, ICS, Four Eye Principle, etc.) Support for annual audit by an audit firm Regular coordination with project managers and their information on financial project status and proactive back-up of project methods to increase financial quality and efficiency Preparation of offers/contracts including pricing strategy and follow-up of negotiations, execution and delivery, reporting and completion as required Supporting all offers in compliance with the procedures and approval guidelines suitable for complexity Focus on HENSOLDT, project calculation and monitoring of planned costs, including identifying opportunities and risks Monitoring the performance of the contract Reporting to all relevant stakeholders and committees Responsible for end-to-end project planning, monitoring, control, documentation and adjustments (if necessary) from a financial perspective Management and coordination of the members of the financial team

Complete economic studies with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling or comparable Multiannual relevant professional experience in a financial function ideally in an international group environment with first leadership experiences Knowledge of accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow and business planning Experience in the financial management of projects, preferably in project or production environments Strong analytical skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking skills Ability to prepare complex financial issues in a comprehensible manner and to use them as a basis for decision-making for management Experience in contract and offer skalkulation, pricing strategies and economic evaluation of business and project opportunities Leadership and communication skills and experience in managing and developing financial teams High self-initiative, enforcement strength and hands-on mentality in a growing business environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Willingness to take over additional tasks within the HENSOLDT Group and to cooperate in an international environment Ready to travel (up to 50%)
