For further development of the company, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking management personality as a field manager sound protection (m/w/d). In this responsible position you take over the technical and economic management of the sound protection business unit, lead an experienced team and design challenging projects for public and private clients.

Technical, organizational and economic management of the sound protection sector Leadership, development and motivation of the interdisciplinary project team Responsibility for controlling and successful implementation of demanding sound protection projects Contact person for clients, authorities and project participants and long-term customer relationships Strategic development of the business unit including budget, resource and capacity planning

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, environmental engineering, acoustics or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in sound protection, infrastructure or engineering planning Leadership experience or motivation to move the next career step into a leadership position Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured and independent way of working Communication strength, safe occurrence and joy in cooperation with customers and employees
