Your tasks: Telephone acceptance and solution of customer concerns arising in connection with car, house or family insurance Organisation and coordination of first aid measures for our international customers, e.g. breakdown, accident and towing aid Responsibility for e-mail and telephone correspondence with insurance companies, service providers and partners for the clarification and processing of facts, including invoice processing
