They are interested in technical support in offering processing and classic assistance tasks within the costing team – both of us are possible. As a project assistant:in the calculation at the Cologne site you belong to the team and are responsible for the following tasks: Research of public tenders on common online platforms / award platforms Support of the costing department in all administrative and organizational matters (general correspondence, storage, databases etc.) Creation of project decision templates Processing / management of the costing projects, in particular fair compilation of documents for offers and prequalifications Creation of presentations for customers and internal meetings Support of the costing line for example Management of construction projects in our Group-internal database STRAthek and management of personnel deployment planning in Visual Planning

Complete commercial vocational training, ideally in the construction industry or similar technical environment Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in offer preparation or on a construction site Good IT user knowledge in MS Office as well as in standard commercial software and high IT affinity Self-employed and careful working as well as good organizational talent, combined with a safe and friendly appearance Your flexibility, communication strength and reliability complete your profile
