We're looking for you as soon as possible Deputy secretary (w/m/d) for our foot surgery in full time

• Organization and coordination of the Chief Medical Secretariat
• General administrative activities for the team from chief physician, senior physician:inside as well as the entire department
• appointment management and coordination of outpatient and private speaking hours
• Support and organisation of administrative processes within the department
• Compilation of correspondence with patients:inside, doctoral practices, institutions, offices and authorities
• Planning and control of the reception of Elective Patients: Including Data Care
• preparation of meeting documents and logging of meetings
• Planning and organization of business trips
• Participation in the development of processes and processes in a growing, innovative foot surgery
• Representation activities within the framework of the cluster concept

DEIN PROFIL

• completed professional or medical training with professional experience, ideally in the field of assistance or secretariat
• Very good knowledge of German as well as safe grammar and Orthography
• Ideally experience in handling hospital information systems
