Project Manager Facility Management (m/f/d)

Responsibility for nationwide projects at NOWEDA locations in the field of facility management and technical building management, introduction of energy concepts and software solutions and much more in connection with sustainability, coordination of external services including maintenance and maintenance; Cost and contract controlling, budget planning Continuous improvement of working environments and processes as well as documentation and evaluation of project results.

Experience in the planning, implementation and control of facility management projects and in the handling of CAFM systems completed studies in the field of real estate management & facility management, building technology, construction engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification, knowledge of maintenance, maintenance, building technology, energy efficiency and sustainable building management, Federal-wide readiness to travel in high-phase at 4 nights a month, expressed skills in the analysis and optimization of technical processes as well as in budget and contract management, Communication strength, enforcement capacity and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and structured.
