We are looking for a:n experienced:n Agile Team Coach, limited for about 12 months. We are also happy to take part-time applications with min. 32 hours/week.

Tasks that keep you posted:

Are you confident in complex organizational structures and are you happy to effectively accompany teams in change? Do you create orientation without focusing on rigid requirements and support teams to remain efficient in the long term? Then we are shaping the further development of our collaboration in the Stationary Retail. As Agile Team Coach, you will be able to work together effectively, take responsibility and continuously improve their working methods.

Accompanying Agile product and development teams in everyday life – with the aim of developing real effects instead of using only processes Teams, Product Owner and Stakeholder support to make use of agile principles and to develop ways that fit their context Moderate coordination, make tensions visible at an early stage and empower teams to develop viable solutions themselves Strengthening self-organisation and ownership in a targeted manner – especially in situations where orientation is lacking or where it is Support teams to further develop their working methods data-based, e.g. through flow meters or product KPIs that enable real control Creating transparency across dependencies, priorities and risks and actively promoting cooperation across team boundaries Close cooperation with engineering managers, product owners and other roles to promote clarity in responsibilities and cooperation active participation in the development of the agile organisation and the advancement of the exchange of experiences, good practices and meaningful standards Making Agile values pragmatic – with a sense for the right balance between flexibility, structure and necessary standardization
