Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an engineer Safety (w/m/div) you support the HSE (Health, Safety, Environmental) department with regard to the requirements for establishing and designing processes in environmental and occupational safety. You perform the tasks of a specialist in occupational safety (§6 ASiG) and support the implementation and updating of risk assessments. Safety machine and plant observations as well as decreases are an integral part of your activity. You advise on the selection of PSAs and on the safe handling of hazardous substances and accompany projects at the site with regard to safety-relevant topics. In your role, you are contact person:in our location for foreign companies and coordinate work-protection activities. You are the contact person for the approval of work requiring permission. You develop the security culture of our site and work on processes and projects to improve the performance of the work protection at the site. You will actively participate in training and instruction on work and environmental protection at the site. You contribute to maintaining our HSE management system. You are responsible for the planning and implementation of environmental and occupational safety audits and visits and document them accordingly. A close cooperation in the HSE field in cross-section topics such as risk-related risk assessments, workplace measurements complete your task.

Training: successfully completed university studies in engineering or a comparable degree course with technical discipline Qualifications: proven experience in the field of occupational and health protection, preferably in the semiconductor industry; Qualification for occupational safety (FaSi) with multi-year professional experience in a technical industry Experience and know-how: many years of experience in the fields of occupational safety and hazardous materials law, preferably in the semiconductor industry, knowledge and experience in the field of hazardous materials of advantage Supplementary qualification to the environmental officer (immission protection, waste, water protection) desirable Personality and working methods: strong social competence, communication and team skills, safe occurrence as well as independent and result-oriented work Languages: good German and English skills
