You will advise your customers on financing a new building project, the acquisition and/or the modernisation of an existing real estate, as well as the prolongation of existing real estate financing via all available sales channels You create tailor-made offers and deliver real value to our customers through your support You proceed holistically and advise customers in the context of financing also with regard to risk protection Your expertise and passion for building financing also introduce you to projects that we regularly shape with the involvement of our customers and network partners

On the basis of your bank-specific training, you have acquired a further training to the banking specialist (m/w/d), ideally to the banking business operator (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification You ideally have experience in building finance consulting or want to acquire them You are an advisor personality with high social competence, strong team and customer orientation, negotiation skills and persuasiveness You have a structured and result-oriented way of working The invitation to tender is also aimed at applicants who do not yet have any experience in the construction finance consulting and who wish to develop with our support in this interesting area of responsibility
