Number: MER0004960 In the area of HR Consulting, we support specialist areas and executives in strategic and operational personnel topics. Our tasks include organisational development, talent management, management consultancy and the development and implementation of future-oriented HR concepts. For this exciting and challenging task, we are looking for you as an intern in HR Consulting. With us you will get the opportunity to get to know the strategic personnel work and to actively shape it. You work in a dedicated team, develop innovative HR solutions together with us and support the implementation of tailor-made consulting approaches for different business areas. These challenges include: Support in the organisation, preparation and follow-up of workshops, for example in the field of organisational development Participation in versatile personnel projects, including in the context of management consulting Preparation of documents and presentations for management meetings and decision-making bodies Support in the development and implementation of concepts on strategic HR topics, such as holistic personnel concepts in the field of vehicle production Working with projects and initiatives to develop talent management processes, such as follow-up planning and skills management We offer: Various insights into the personal work of an international automobile company Close cooperation with experienced colleagues and different contact persons Responsible cooperation on strategic personnel topics A dynamic working environment with varied tasks The opportunity to gain valuable practical experience and develop yourself professionally and personally The activity can begin from February 2027.
