The BBDirect area includes the digital-personal customer service as well as the market succession of BBBank’s liabilities. The Team Passive Processing processes the telephone and written requests for terminations, membership, passive products and premiums.

Projektmanagement

First contact person for technical questions on topics in passive processing Responsibility for team-related data quality and support for colleagues in matters and questions Initiation, planning and independent management of projects to increase the efficiency and quality of banking services and to support the implementation of the necessary measures Participation in the day-to-day business to consolidate the expertise and take over the representation of the team management in team- and division-wide work meetings Independent and sustainable development of processes in the field of passive processing

Successfully completed banking training (e.g. as a bank clerk / bank clerk) Multiannual professional experience in the financial sector (e.g. as a specialist (m/w/d) Passive management, banking specialist (m/w/d) Passive business, broker (m/w/d) High service and solution orientation Impressed communication strength and team capacity Safe handling of complex customer requests High affinity for digital topics
