You play a key role in the development of TransnetBW's corporate strategy and take on a key role at the center of strategic foresight management. Here, you will compress findings from Foresight analyses on strategic impacts and use them specifically for the further development of the corporate strategy. In addition, you contribute to systematically designing and developing the connectivity between explorative prospects for the future and the normative orientation of the corporate strategy. Together with the Strategy & Foresight Management team, you will focus on strategic priorities, design and optimise reporting structures and advise business areas on comprehensive strategic issues. You design, moderate and accompany workshops, also at the top management level – from content preparation to implementation to refurbishment – and thus create space for sound strategic decisions. You develop well-founded analyses of business-relevant questions, together with the direct colleagues and other specialist experts, derive insights as well as concrete options for action and prepare these decisions-oriented.

You have a university degree, preferably with strategic, economic or technical references, and provide sound knowledge in the energy industry, ideally focusing on transmission networks and regulation. For several years, you have already devised, controlled and implemented company-wide strategy or transformation projects – for example, in business consulting or a comparable function. You think analytic and networked, move safely into complex and complicated systems and can gain internal and external stakeholders through their communication security and persuasive power. To do this, you work independently, aim-oriented and solution-focused – and bring your skills team-oriented and constructively into a dynamic environment. Know-how in the (ideal-typical) strategy process and in common methods of strategic analysis and implementation (e.g. SWOT/TOWS, scenario development, balanced scorecard etc.) complete your profile.
