Projektleiter (w/m/d) We are the Juwo – Kita gGmbH from Berlin, a subsidiary of the free children's and youth support institution youth residences in Kiez. Children and their families are at our hearts. Therefore, our six kitas can be found in the gravel where our commitment is most urgently needed. From now on or at the next possible time, we are looking for an educator in part-time with 30-35 hours/week (w/m/d) in the nest area (age of children: 1-3 years) of our Kita Bethaniendamm in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The Kita is located near the Mariannenplatz, on the border between Kreuzberg and Mitte. The new building offers space for 120 children on three floors, which are supported and supported in two elementary areas and a protected nest area. A spacious garden, the adjacent children's farm and many playgrounds in the area invite you to spend a lot of time outside. In our kita, the whole variety of pebbles is reflected in the different social and cultural backgrounds of children, parents and the team. We take this into account with our attitude and our pedagogy: On the basis of open work and early excellence, Kita sees itself as a place of encounter for families in Kiez. The participation of all children in their daily lives is also a fundamental concern to which we can meet with the approach of children's rights, as a further educational building. Your duties As an educator/social pedagogical specialist (m/w/d), you can design the daily routine together with the colleagues. At the same time, you remain flexible to take into account the wishes and interests of the children. You promote the children according to the Berlin educational programme, and you understand targeted observation as a basis for the promotion. You feel in the non-verbal communication of infants and keep strong nerves. You face the daily challenge of allowing participation in infant age. You meet the children at eye level, as child rights are an integral part of your work. With parents, relatives, team members and others, you work together in a valuable way. Your profile A state recognition as an educator (w/m/d) or a comparable degree as a social educational specialist (such as childhood education, education, social work) is a prerequisite, as is German language knowledge at level C1. You are experienced in work with toddlers and reconciliations in the nest. You know the concept of open work from practice or you are interested in it. You know how important contact with parents is in this phase and are particularly sensitive and transparent. You understand different cultures as an enrichment of our society. You want a kita that focuses on children's rights. You engage with your personal strengths, skills and ideas and thereby shape the profile of Kita. You can expect from us Remuneration: Our salary system is coordinated with the works council and is between gross €20.27/hour and €24.58/hour (corresponding to the pay tables of the TV-L in Berlin 2025). Additional qualifications (such as FK Integration) are rewarded with a further 170 € gross/month. Jobticket: We grant your Germany ticket job or your VBB company ticket. Security: You will receive an indefinite employment contract and become part of a large intermediary, which is a firm size in the carrier landscape and has over 40 years of educational experience. Holiday: You will get 30 days holiday and in addition the 24.+31.12. as free days. Four-day week: for part-time employment, we allow you to divide the working time to four days/week.
