In risk management, we are responsible for the complete risk controlling of Sparda-Bank Berlin and monitor all types of risk – from market price risk to real estate fund risk. As part of the team, you will get an overview of the Bank's risks, be close to all the topics and be responsible for your own tasks. Accordingly, the possible spectrum of tasks comprises all tasks for which the risk controlling is responsible, in particular: You participate in the further development of the risk sustainability concept (ICAAP) and the liquidity sustainability concept (ILAAP). You are actively involved in the regular risk report refund and the reporting of the normative and economic perspective for Executive Board, Supervisory Board and other recipients. The creation of the capital and risk strategy with the allocation of the limit is part of the range of tasks. You accompany the annual risk inventory with bank-internal workshops. You will also participate in the implementation and further development of cross-risk stress tests as well as early detection and early warning systems. You are involved in the evolution and care of risk models (technical conception, model care, content improvement) and their independent validation. You are also tying ESG risks into your work.

You have a bank-based training and university degree in the economics with a focus on financing or controlling or the (economic) mathematics or brings a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in risk controlling as well as deepening knowledge of risk models in the context of credit institutions' risk carrying capacity calculation. You provide extensive knowledge of risk management systems and their characteristics, as well as advanced knowledge of the capital markets and evaluation methods of the products traded there You are routined in dealing with the MS Office palette
