You conduct Group-wide projects on the standardization, development and digitization of LEAN Construction You support our group units in implementing LEAN Construction procedures and their digital solutions You carry out training in LEAN Construction at our locations or construction sites

You have a completed training with a focus on building, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field. You want to move instead of being moved and have lots of pleasure in inspire others for change You have already gained experience in the construction industry You are familiar with essential LEAN Construction modes (Taktplanung & Taktsteuerung, Last Planner) and you have already successfully implemented them in your previous career You have already moderated, performed or implemented workshops You have very good German and English skills You work structured, independent and solution-oriented, have an analytical way of thinking and enjoy working with other people You have a safe occurrence, as well as organizational skills and bring travel readiness You have a strong empathy and have the ability to support employees in cultural changes. You like to work in the team and have a constructive nature

Attractive remuneration, which grows with you: In Austria, you expect an annual gross salary from €60,000, in Germany the remuneration is made according to the Federal Framework Contract for Construction.
