You are responsible for the overarching risk assessment and preventive risk mitigation of (construction)projects of the Cologne Lower Institute In the planning and implementation of construction projects, you can support the processes with methods and tools of structural risk management You identify risks in projects and multi-projects, based on the performance phases of HOAI and the requirements of AHO (planning, tendering and awarding) You continuously develop our risk management approaches through identification of potential for improvement, participation in working groups and ongoing exchange with colleagues On the basis of early warning signals from various evaluations, in cooperation with Controlling and other stakeholders, you will develop appropriate countermeasures for potential and identified risks You control and coordinate the team of internal experts who, as part of a 360-degree analysis, examine and comprehensively advise the submitted construction projects on opportunities and risks. You support the departments in the application process in creating planning and implementation applications for construction projects and plausibility these Teamwork is important to us! For this reason, as a Sparring partner, you work closely with project participants and advise the branch management as well as department managers and project managers.

You have a successfully completed degree course (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or in another engineering discipline. Further requirements: You bring several years of professional experience in the construction/immobility industry

You have already gained initial experience in project management and the application of classic project management methods

Self-responsible, conceptual, structured and cross-project work with integral project approaches is of course for you Solution-oriented negotiation skills in terms of complex attitudes and good sense for people and facts round off your profile You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 53.250,00 € – approx. € 84.320,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
