Support of project and construction management in operational daily business Organisation and cooperation for reporting (e.g. monthly reports, building journals) Administrative processing, tracking and storage of documents and drawings Creation of logs and handover letters Planning and organisation of customer visits, meetings and internal events Telephone service, post-processing and office material order

Completed commercial training or multi-year professional experience in the secretariat or team assistance Very good user knowledge in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Communication capability and high service orientation High level of organisational skills and initiative
