Werkstudent People & Culture – Schwerpunkt Recruiting & Development (m/f/d)

In your role, you are responsible for creating presentations, evaluations and reporting. You're an administrative supporter in the day business. Research and benchmarking on current trends in recruiting and personnel development is your responsibility. You support the planning, organization and execution of events. You are working on strategic people & culture projects.

You are currently completing a master's degree program with a focus on personnel, psychology, business or a related subject. First practical experiences in the Human Resources area are of advantage, but no need. You are characterized by organisational skills, self-initiative and a sense for people. You are safe in handling MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel). Discretion, reliability and a friendly, professional appearance are of course for you. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
