The Team Legal & Compliance of Scheer Business Services GmbH is looking for reinforcement for national and international space through a Legal Counsel IT contract law and data protection (m/w/d). Your tasks Advising the companies of the Scheer Group in matters of general contract law, as well as IT, data protection, copyright and award law Supporting departments, sales and purchases in the creation, testing and negotiation of offers, contracts and GTC in the IT environment Legal support of public tenders and IT projects Support of the data protection team in the preparation, negotiation and verification of AVV, as well as in data protection consulting Identification of relevant legal developments at national and European level, deriving legal compliance measures Your profile You like to work on your own initiative and bring the willingness to work in our company and our processes, to actively shape and improve processes, to continuously acquire new know-how and to deepen existing knowledge. You have a successfully completed study of law or another legal course (e.g. business and law). The 2nd legal state exam is of advantage.
