GLOBAL SOURCING MANAGER (M/W/D) Business area: Procurement | Place of use: Lengerich | Type of contract: Fixed employment | Start: now As a Global Sourcing Manager (m/w/d), you develop and establish a group-wide global sourcing strategy and develop international procurement markets focusing on cost optimization, security of supply and competitiveness. You coordinate cooperation between our plants, international locations and business areas and create transparency about global needs, procurement activities and synergy potentials. You analyze international procurement markets, identify best-cost countries and derive sustainable supplier and sourcing strategies. You accompany international supplier releases, develop local purchasing organisations and promote the development of a powerful global purchasing network. You develop group-wide purchasing, compliance and governance standards, implement them internationally and ensure their compliance. You act as a strategic interface between purchasing, research & development, production and other business areas and introduce your expertise in location and make-or-buy decisions. You strengthen the resilience of global supply chains, identify risks early and develop strategies to secure geopolitical, market-side and supplier-specific challenges.

You have a successfully completed degree and several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, global sourcing or supply chain management of an internationally active industrial company. You provide a good technical understanding of purchasing and drawing parts as well as for industrial manufacturing and procurement processes. You think entrepreneurial, analyze complex relationships holistic and make informed decisions even under uncertainty. Through your safe appearance, your communication strength and your intercultural competence, you can combine different interests and build international networks. You convince by far-sightedness, prioritization and a high level of resilience in dealing with changes, target conflicts and demanding stakeholders. You work reflected, have internal stability and act convincingly and effectively even without disciplinary leadership. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as international readiness complete your profile.
