In your responsibility: You relieve the management of the sales department competently in the operating daily business. Office management: Take care of the independent handling of correspondence, appointment coordination, travel planning and preparation of meetings. Organizational designer: You plan and attend meetings and start professional presentations and relevant evaluations. Decision preparation: values data and key figures are structured and provide sound decision templates for management. HR interface: You act as a central and reliable contact for our HR department.

You bring a completed commercial training and ideally practical experience in the secretariat or assistance area. You work in a structured, self-responsive manner and draw your attention through a quick understanding and great commitment.
