• Care & patient care: professional, holistic care, care and care of our stationary patients – taking into account their physical, psychological and social needs.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: Active and value-adding cooperation with various professional groups to ensure patient and service-oriented care.
• Care process & team work: Own-responsible participation in the entire range of activities of stationary care – embedded in a team-oriented manner.
• Priority Responsibility: Acquisition of individual priority tasks after successful incorporation – tailored to your personal strengths and interests.
• Administrative tasks: cooperation in administrative activities, such as the collection of care anomalies and the structured documentation of care-relevant data.
• Assistance in measures: preparation and assistance in diagnostic and therapeutic measures as part of the care process.
• Medical technology & equipment use: Safe handling of medical-technical devices – including their operation, monitoring and professional processing.
• Vital Signs & Observation: Monitoring and interpretation of vital parameters as well as continuous observation and assessment of the health status of our patients.
• Documentation & traceability: Complete and precise documentation of all relevant patient data and values to ensure the quality of treatment and traceability in the course of care.
