Kitchen Assistance (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a dedicated kitchen support (m/w/d) for our long-term customer.

Your daily tasks:

• Preparation of vegetables, salads and potatoes (e.g. brushing, peeling, cutting and processing)
• Support in the preparation of all meals
• operation of various kitchen machines and appliances, such as agitators, cutting machines, meat grinders, bread-cutting machines, coffee machines/machines, all-purpose machines, hot-air steam machines, and printing-garbers
• Output of food
• Operation of pot and container washing machine and dishwasher
• cleaning and disinfection of the entire working area including the associated equipment and working equipment
• Implementation of storage and transport of food

Take this with you:

• Ideally first experience in the kitchen or gastronomy sector
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations in food handling
• Successfully completed HACCP training or willingness to participate in appropriate training
• Reliable, careful and hygiene-conscious operation
• Physical resilience and teamability
• Friendly appearance and sense of responsibility
• Ready to work by schedule
• Good knowledge of German
• Driving licence and car required to achieve the workplace
