Marketing & Event Specialist (m/f/d)

You perform tasks from the entire marketing palette, including mailing, content marketing, GEO/SEO, PR, social media, website and project management. A special focus is on our events: you plan, coordinate and independently implement different event formats, from exclusive customer events to webinars to trade fair appearances. You focus on target group-oriented speech, lead generation and business impact. You control the entire invitation process: You define the target group, set up invitations and ask the sales team to invite the guests personally. You make sure that the right companies are addressed at the right time. You take over the complete event logistics, e.g. Venue selection, catering, travel planning, coordination with external service providers and speakers. You are present at events on site, meet guests and speakers and ensure a smooth running and a positive experience. You analyze the success of your events using key figures such as participation, feedback and follow-up activities, derive optimizations as well as concrete impulses for sales and take care of the structured post-processing, e.g. through feedback evaluations.

You have already gained experience in event management, marketing or a comparable role. You work structured, organized and independent and enjoy the complete control and “own” of processes. You have a good understanding of how marketing and events contribute to business development and think in target groups, potentials and effects. You have a safe, professional appearance and enjoy sharing with external partners, speakers and customers. You bring strong organizational and communicative skills, keep a cool head even in several parallel topics and also in short-term changes. You think of solution-oriented, are flexible and go proactively to challenges. You have very good German and English skills (at least C1) and are ready to travel occasionally during events.
