Active Cold Acquisition: Telephone response from potential business customers to identify new business opportunities. Lead Qualification: Identification and Evaluation of Potential Customers Based on their Need, Interest and Decision Competence. First contact & appointment: Agreement of qualified appointments for our sales team with decision makers. Customer discussions lead: demand determination and targeted presentation of our solutions to raise interest. Data management & tracking: documentation of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system to enable follow-up actions. Cooperation with the sales team: Close coordination with the Account Executives to enable a smooth transition from qualified leads. Continuous training: participation in sales trainings to optimize sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

First experience in the telephone cold acquisition, in the Telesales or as SDR of advantage – but also motivated cross-comers are welcome! Communication strength and persuasive power on the phone. Joy in interaction with customers and the ability to build relationships. Self-employed, targeted working with high self-motivation. Good knowledge of MS Office; Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Team spirit and a positive attitude to sales.
